Business Coaching for Improvement

Look at your business and life without the rose tinted glasses.

What do you see?  Are you proud of what you have achieved?

We can all get so busy with day to day tasks, emails to reply to, people to speak to on the phone etc. that we forget to ask ourselves `are we being constructive and working to a plan?’.  This sounds really easy, but unless we have a plan, we plan to fail.  Nobody in their right mind would do that, would they!?

Working with a Business Coach can be a lifeline especially if you are a self-employed Entrepreneur.  There is debate about what the word Entrepreneur actually means, I remember one person telling me right at the very start of my journey that it meant using your own money.

As an employee there is (sometimes) no concept of cost, overheads, measuring ROI as you assume the company can afford it.  If you don’t feel secure in the job, you look for another one and jump ship.  For the self-employed business owner who may, or may not, class themselves as an Entrepreneur – they are living and breathing the excitement, fear, anticipation, rejection and all the other emotions that arise with generating wealth yourself.

A Business Coach is a resource, we all need someone to talk to , but if you don’t have trusted people who have lived through the experience of self-employment, it can be difficult.  You could end up being more frustrated than anything else, as you may feel they don’t understand. The job of a Business Coach is to help you build a brand, bank balance and maintain your sanity.
