Coolsculpting Journey for Me!

The Definition Clinic LogoNon-Surgical Fat Removal

Next week I start Coolsculpting treatments and I am very excited.  For those of you who don’t know – Coolsculpting is a non-invasive, non-surgical treatment to remove stubborn areas of fat.  One treatment is done at a time, and the results are visible between 2 – 8 weeks.

I am going to blog about my experience each time I have a treatment from The Definition Clinic in the prestigious Berkeley Clinic in Glasgow.  Currently I am a size 12, and petite in height at 5ft 1″, so I do know this isn’t a quick fix, it’s a serious medical procedure and as I don’t fit into the size 8/10 category it will take work on several treatment areas to get my desired result.

Coolsculpting is ideal for people who want to remove stubborn areas of fat, it is not for people who want to drop 2 (or more) dress sizes very quickly. I understand that for a small number of people it can be uncomfortable but for the majority it is pain free.

If you are interested in Coolsculpting you must see an Approved Practitioner.  There are fake machines in the marketplace and they can seriously burn your skin which personally I would never recover from.  Suzanne’s business is a Certified Practice and her machine is FDA Approved and genuine.

I am looking forward to my first treatment next week, and will keep everyone posted.  I turn 40 in September this year, so already looking for the perfect little black dress.

The Definition Clinic is based in The Berkeley Clinic at 5 Newton Terrace in Glasgow.  Suzanne Henderson is an RGN and Coolsculpting is the only thing she focuses on.  Appointments can be made at a time to suit the patient, so check out the website.
